What are digital assets?
Your digital assets are your digital photos, Word documents,
pdfs, audio clips, video files - in fact, any file which you access
on your computer.
Where are my files stored?
- Your files are stored on a dedicated server hosted in a data-centre local
to us.
- Servers are monitored 24/7 and are supported by fire
suppression, multiple redundant bandwidth and UPS/diesel
generators.
- We take regular backups of your files.
How secure is DAM?
- Let us know how you want to set up your user groups and
permissions and we'll do the rest.
- You can then assign individuals to groups and ensure that your
users have access to only the files you choose.
How do I upload my files?
- Through a web browser on any computer with an internet
connection.
How do users download my files?
- Through a web browser on any computer with an internet
connection.
How much does it cost?
- We charge a one-off fee to set up AssetManager.
- We charge a monthly fee (from less than £3 per Gb) based upon
how much storage space you need for your files.
- There is no charge for bandwidth (ie, the number of times you
upload or download your files).
What is my commitment?
- You commit to AssetManager for a year at a time.
- And you pay only for what you use.
